The “s'Frie Café” at the Adler Appartmenthaus in Schoppernau, guests feel completely at ease. To ensure nothing is left to chance, the team has an enticing programme ready: a cocktail course with spirits training and tasting session. For this occasion, the café is opened exclusively for participants. The bartenders pull out the shakers, strainers and jiggers and get mixing. In this interactive workshop, participants learn everything they need to know about the ingredients and how to mix the best cocktail recipes. You can also order an aperitivo platter or a “Schlutzkrapfen” pan for well-needed nourishment. This is sure to be a spirited evening where everyone can get to know each other in an easy-going setting.
