Have you ever made your own barbecue, complete with cutlery and equipment? That's the kind of thing teams can expect at Steelsoul in Röthis. But it doesn't necessarily have to be a barbecue - the Neumayer family offers a wide variety of forging courses and demonstrations for all kinds of objects. It’s all done in the unique historic setting of the 500-year-old Kieber metal workshop - one of the last genuine blacksmiths in western Austria. This makes the location an experience in itself, but the galvanizing effect on teams is tangible here: everyone learns something new, communicating clearly and actively working towards a common goal. This means plenty of exchange, solidarity and learning.
