The ÖPNV event ticket allows congress participants to use the public transport network throughout Vorarlberg right up to Lindau (in Germany) and St. Margrethen (in Switzerland) free of charge.
We advise event organisers about the requirements for the Austrian Eco Badge for ‘Green Meetings and Green Events’ and will also accompany the certification process.
The ‘Events Vorarlberg’ digital platform provides everything organisers need to create interactive event experiences in personal and digital spaces. Such tools are often very expensive.
The ‘Events Vorarlberg’ platform gives event organisers the opportunity to use a digital event platform and to gain valuable experience in the use of such a tool.
We believe that visitors to Vorarlberg are simply residents on a temporary basis. We want them to engage with the space and the people who live here. That is why we are always happy organise group activities where such engagement can take place. Be it birdwatching in the Rheindelta nature reserve or producing cheese at an alpine dairy in Vorarlberg. Both congress participants and people who live in Vorarlberg benefit from this offer.
Vorarlberg is home to many innovative and internationally renowned companies that have acquired valuable know-how in a variety of fields. Congresses are places where people learn from and with each other. That is why we are always happy to arrange for workshop hosts or speakers to contribute to congresses. We make these arrangements on the proviso that the relevant item on the agenda is also open to interested members of the public.
The assistance we provide in the organisation of congresses also includes the process of participant registration, which also includes collection of payments. As part of a congress cooperation with offer this service at discounted terms.
We will print name badges on sustainable paper manufactured in accordance with the conditions set out by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and provide the necessary lanyards. The lanyards are reusable and will be collected in a box at the end of the congress for the next event.
